This project will construct an accessible ramp from the Hudson River Greenway to Dyckman Street in Fort Washington Park. It will also reconstruct the entrance to Inwood Hill Park at Dyckman Street near the Hudson River and create a multi-use path between that entrance and the pedestrian bridge over the Amtrak rail line.
