Northern Manhattan Parks 2030 Master Plan Site Analysis

We examined the social and physical problems and opportunities in the parks including pedestrian, bike and vehicular circulation, the scenic experience, storm water flow and ecological health, and waterfront use and flooding in order to determine which park improvements could best benefit the community. We summarized them in the Design Determinants map, a detail of which is below.
