We are pleased to partner with Start:Empowerment and their co-host Dandelions Assembly for the fourth annual Earth Month Convergence (EMC)—a space to build, strategize, and care for one another and the earth in the face of escalating crises. This is a space for organizers, educators, artists, healers, and all who know another world is possible. Join us and walk away with deeper connections, strategies, and tangible ways to tackle local and global environmental justice issues.
Schedule:
The second Saturday will include Indigenous ceremony and queer performances rooted in joy, celebration and love for the earth. Youth activities, seed sharing, and food will be provided by local community organizers + indigenous guests from Latin America.
12-1pm Communal Lunch
2–3pm Ceremonial Prayer with Music
3-6pm Awakening Territory Ceremony Guided by Indigenous elders who will share stories
6 - 6:30pm Close prayer with music
