Holiday Learn to Swim

When school is out, it is a great time to learn about water safety and the lifelong skill of swimming!

Children aged 6-17 can enroll in this weeklong swimming program that teaches basic swimming skills and safe behavior in and around the water.

How to Register

Registration will take place starting Wednesday, April 10 at noon on a first-come, first-served basis, and will continue through Thursday, April 18 at noon. You may sign up for only one session (choose only one time slot). You will be notified by email of the lottery results on Thursday, April 18. Programs will be held at the following recreation centers: Asser Levy and Gertrude Ederle Pool in Manhattan; St. John's and Metropolitan Pools in Brooklyn; Evander Childs Educational Campus in the Bronx; Curtis High School in Staten Island; Roy Wilkins Pool and Beach Channel Educational Campus in Queens.
