Participants and guest will be able to use Glow in the dark body paint, glow sticks neon tape and accessories to enjoy this glow yoga flow. Participant will be get the first session of Zen stretch while glowing in the dark and listening to soft nature sounds. Followed by a core workout Palities and some afro beats. To end the event with a second Zen stretch and Meditation.
