Interval Walking Sessions

Interval Walking Sessions consist of three segments: brisk, slow and a bodyweight exercise. Each segment is timed to improve cardiovascular health as well as increasing strength. Class will begin with a brief dynamic warm-up exercise and end with a cool down with static stretches to improve the range of motion in the joints.
Meet at the athletic courts. Class will be cancelled if temperatures fall below 35°F.
