Black History Month Silent Disco

Join Shape Up NYC in celebrating Black History Month at a free fitness silent disco at St. John's Recreation Center. Cynthia, Fiona, Tiffani, Ifeoma, Rayale, and Abigail will be leading classes in the following formats: Total Body Fitness, Zumba, and Dance Fitness.
