The Driver Era duo is made up of Rocky Lynch and his brother Ross Lynch, the former teen heartthrob of Disney’s Teen Beach Movie and Austin and Ally. That past is in the past, though; their synth-y pop-rock sound on songs like “The Kiss” and “Malibu” is decidedly grown up, showcasing the duo’s “ebullient, brooding rockstar energy” (Paper). Their last studio album, Summer Mixtape was hailed as “the perfect feel-good summer album” (People).
