Dance Fitness- Upbeat Pop!

45 minutes of dance aerobics to upbeat pop songs. Come prepared to shake, roll, grapevine, and clap! We will use this time to cultivate joy, silliness and everything unserious. All levels welcomed and encouraged. Whether you want to learn some new choreography or you need a space to step touch and sing this class is for you and we look forward to having you!
