Dance Fitness Fusion

Dance Fitness Fusion is a creative work out that fuses dance and aerobics. The rhythms of Zumba are paired with line dancing to create a fun and energizing workout. The goal is to improve cardio fitness while having fun and getting a full body workout! This class is taught to music with easy-to-follow steps that will surely get your heart pumping!
