The Revenue Division is responsible for awarding and managing the agency's concession contracts. Most businesses that generate revenue on parkland are considered concessions. The Greenbelt Native Plant Center (GNPC) is our 13–acre greenhouse, nursery, and seed bank complex, located on Staten Island. GNPC provides locally appropriate seed and plants, offers guidance in project planning, and serves as a valuable resource for those interested in species native to the region. - GreenThumb
GreenThumb is the nation's largest urban gardening program, assisting more than 550 neighborhood groups in the creation and maintenance of community gardens aimed at increasing civic participation and encouraging neighborhood revitalization. - Historic House Trust
