The Eastern Queens Alliance is creating a Community Peace Garden right outside of the Idlewild Environmental Center on an unused street lot. It is our mission to create beautiful spaces that will have positive impacts on our local community at large.

Ecology Park is a five acre site set within Paerdegat Basin Park. The goal of the park is to promote habitat restoration and ecological improvement, highlighting fourteen native plant community types that exist or once existed in New York City.
