Uplift your spirit with this dance fitness class! Come and enjoy an array of upbeat music featuring gospel. This class is a fusion of motivation, inspiration, fitness, and fun. Move your body, relax your mind, enjoy the community, and lift your spirit! Class meets by the pond. In case of rain, class will be held at Sorrentino Recreation Center.

Ecology Park is a five acre site set within Paerdegat Basin Park. The goal of the park is to promote habitat restoration and ecological improvement, highlighting fourteen native plant community types that exist or once existed in New York City.
