Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival
Celebrating the Year of the Rabbit, this year’s festival will draw over 170 teams and 2,000 participants, as well as countless spectators, on Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14 to Meadow Lake at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. This much anticipated world-class, multi-cultural event features two exciting days of Dragon Boat Racing, wonderful performances and an ethnic food court. Attendance is free for the entire family. Come out rain or shine!
Parks Afterschool
Beginning this Saturday, you can register for afterschool programs at participating recreation centers. By providing safe and supportive environments that promote overall health and well-being, the Parks Afterschool Program enriches the lives of children.
