Central Communications is the pulse within Parks allowing communication at all levels 24/7.

Central acts as the primary receiving station for all incidents occurring on Parks property and is a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week operation working all year long. Central is a vital link and liaison with other City agencies, especially in the case of emergency response. Central maintains and monitors all Parks radio transmissions assuring information is shared correctly and accurately.

Housed at Sara D. Roosevelt Park in Manhattan, Central Communication dispatchers work tirelessly to ensure that all citizen complaints and requests for service are responded to in a timely manner.
