Description: Join the Eastern Queens Alliance and NYC Parks Stewardship as we celebrate the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Idlewild Park and work to maintain Idlewild's trails! Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long sleeves, long pants and clothing that can both get dirty and keep you warm. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone. This event has been funded in part by NOAA. To sign up a group of 10 or more volunteers please reach out to stewardship@parks.nyc.gov. This event is at full capacity!
