Meeting Location: Intersection near the archery range
Description: Volunteer with the Greenbelt Native Plant Center staff to help harvest a diverse group of native plants at Floyd Bennett Field. Activities may include, transplanting, moving, and collecting plants throughout the field. You will get hands on experience on how to properly harvest and store native species. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Please be sure to wear a face mask and bring your own water bottle to this event.
