Located south of Yankee Stadium and Heritage Field, along the No. 4 line, River Avenue Parks was created in association with the construction of the new Yankee Stadium.

Once a parking lot, the park area now consists of a pocket playground and skate plaza. The skate plaza was designed with input from the skateboarding community and features half-pipes, ramps, stairs, rails, ledges, benches, banks, gaps and transitioned elements in a plaza setting.

This map is designed to represent parks as they are used by the public. It should not be used to represent the legal boundaries of property under Parks jurisdiction. If you would like to view all City property under the jurisdiction of NYC Parks, please visit NYC OpenData.
