Prall Playground, located next to I.S. 27, is a place for neighborhood athletes to congregate. The centerpiece of the park is Lt. Charles Margiotta Field, a synthetic turf field with accessible entrances and dugouts that is named for a firefighter who lost his life at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Two handball courts and three half court basketball courts can also be found behind the field.
