Whether you are looking to play a round of volleyball, watch some good baseball or just stroll around a wonderful community park, Joseph T. McGuire Park is the place to be. With five baseball fields, one artificial turf field for football, a roller hockey rink, a beach volleyball court and three tennis courts, this park located in South East Brooklyn is a sports lover’s paradise.

In the summer, softball and baseball fans swarm the park and cheer on their favorite team from the bleachers. The John Malone Community Center, run by the Bergen Beach Youth Organization and The Millennium Development Corporation, keeps the park active even in the cold months of the winter. Both young and young-at-heart can take advantage of the center’s community programming.
