Weeping willowNear Gerritsen Ballfields, southeast of Ball Field #3

This weeping willow is perfectly framed by benches and a walkable path so that everyone can get a great view of its towering beauty. The weeping willow, a crowd-pleasing favorite known for its drought-tolerant status, can typically be found around marshes and near the water's edge. This tree is a reminder of how Marine Park's salt marsh remains a fixture of Gerritsen Beach.
