- Anitya: In Sanskrit means impermanence, passing or transient. Indeed, we all know that things constantly shift and change.
- Interbeing: Everything relies on everything else in the cosmos in order to manifest—whether a star, a cloud, a flower, a bird, or you and me.
- Bird Migration: Taking a journey that can stretch to a round-trip distance of several thousand miles is a dangerous and arduous undertaking.
