Awaken to Inner Peace: Walk, Breathe, and Meditate in Nature
Sunday, October 13, 2024
2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
In collaboration with the Conference House (a portion of proceeds donated to Conference House). Join us for a rejuvenating fall journey, at Staten Island's glorious Conference House Park! Reconnect with your higher self and explore the healing power of inner peace. In a fast-paced world, this gathering invites you to slow down, breathe, and discover tranquility within. Through a mindful nature walk, guided breathing and meditation, we will release the stress and blocks that prevent us from living in a state of wellness and tranquility.
