Youth Hydro-FitDive Pool Youth Hydro-Fit is a form of competitive swim training and conditioning, including general dry-land training exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc). Similar to swim team level training, however, this program will not be single team based but open to any individual swimmer willing and able to join in on the advanced exercise. Requirements will be similar to the swim team, in which each participant must be able to swim 25 meters of each competitive racing stroke in good form, without stopping. All interested participants will be water tested before being allowed into the program. Participants must be ages 8-17. Requirements will be similar to the swim team, in which each participant must be able to swim 25 meters of each competitive racing stroke in good form, without stopping. All interested participants will be water tested before being allowed into the program. Participants must be ages 8-17.
