Water Exercise offers a stress-free time to swim, improve health and fitness by participating in an instructor-led water exercise class, and socialize with others, while enjoying the benefits of the water at our indoor pools.
Cost
Free with an NYC Parks Recreation Center Membership. All participants must be an NYC Parks recreation center member and present their membership ID upon entering the facility.
How to Join
Please register at the pool during program hours OR register online Monday, March 17 – Monday, March 24.
