Whether you're training for your next triathlon or looking to add to your workout routine, our parks provide some of the best places to go for a run, swim, and ride on your bike.

Summer Lap Swim Hours
During the summer, we offer early bird and night owl lap swim hours for adults at our free outdoor pools. Registration is required. Learn more about lap swim hours
Indoor Pools
The indoor pools at our recreation centers offer lap swim hours and water exercise classes. A recreation center membership is required to use our indoor pools. Learn more about our indoor pools
