On January 26, 2013, NYC Parks held its annual Winter Jam festival. The event brought thousands of New Yorkers to Central Park to enjoy the city's premiere winter sports festival. Activities included snowshoeing, skiing, learning to ride, the Red Bull Metrorail, and games and entertainment. This year, for the first time, Winter Jam was host to the Doggie Snow Zone area sponsored by Unleashed by Petco, built specifically for 4-legged New Yorkers!
