On July 24, 2012, our Urban Park Rangers hosted the NYC Parks Experience, Parks' summer camp, at Marine Park. Campers visited the Salt Marsh Nature Center, as well as Lenape Playground. The Urban Park Rangers led the campers on a canoe tour, and also taught them to seine the bay to learn more about the creatures who live under the sea.
