Staten Island Industrial Park is the result of an unlikely partnership between the borough’s businesses and the advocates for its rich natural wildlife. The park’s vast area contains well more than a hundred acres of preserved wetlands as well as 35 acres of office space. The Sweet Bay Magnolia Preserve, which takes up most of the parkland, contains what might be the highest diversity of rare plants in New York City, and shelters rare and endangered trees and plants.

This map is designed to represent parks as they are used by the public. It should not be used to represent the legal boundaries of property under Parks jurisdiction. If you would like to view all City property under the jurisdiction of NYC Parks, please visit NYC OpenData.
