Saratoga Park

Prior to its acquisition as a park, this site, a full square city block, was used as a circus ground, and this northern red oak likely dates back to circus days. Nominated for its size, this northern red oak stands tall near the center of the loop near a children's playground. A renovation completed in 2023 preserved the placement of the playground around a central corridor to protect this magnificent tree.
