This fenced-in, tree-lined green space has been maintained by the City since 1859. Since 1985, it has been named for Harold W. Cohn, a legislator, judge, and State Assembly Member who also saw active duty during World War II throughout Europe. A monument commemorating the life of Judge Cohn was commissioned in 1991.
