The gift of Parks doesn’t stop there. For those who are looking to make a statement with a meaningful gift that will give for years, check out our Adopt-a-Bench or Dedicate a Tree programs!
Adopt-a-Bench
A bench adoption is the perfect way to honor a loved one or celebrate a special occasion in their favorite New York City park. Donations beginning at $1,500 will install a plaque engraved with a personal message on the bench of your choosing. For more information and available locations, contact adoptabench@parks.nyc.gov or call (212) 360-8216.
Dedicate a Tree
Celebrate someone special and help our urban forest grow by planting a tree in a local park. For a donation of $1,600 you can plant a tree in the neighborhood of your choice or one in need. For an additional donation, we’ll install a Tree Guard with an engraved plaque installed around the street tree bed. For more information and available locations, contact nytreetrust@parks.nyc.gov or call (718) 361-8101.
