This playground is named for Blake Hobbs, a musician, teacher, and volunteer better known to local residents as “The Music Man of East Harlem.” Stretching across two city blocks, the northern half of the park offers a tall play area for kids to climb, while the southern half includes two full-sized basketball courts and two handball courts.
