Kwame Ture Recreation Center is temporarily closed due to a mechanical issue that impacts heat in the building. As a NYC Parks Recreation Center Member, you are able to access several other centers. Highbridge Recreation Center and St. James Recreation Center are the closest sites. You can find another recreation center near you and more information about your membership by visiting our website at nyc.gov/parks

Calling all jumpers! Join NYC Parks at Kwame Ture Recreation Center for a friendly family Double
Dutch competition. No matter your skill level, this event will bring together generations of families in a
safe and fun environment while enjoying the sport of Double Dutch. Participants can register as a
two, three or four-person team. Participants are encouraged to register by April 30, 2025.

• Family Fun: Bond with loved ones while skipping to the rhythm of fun and fitness.
• Inspiration: Learn from experts and imagine how this could come alive in your own programs.
• Community Impact: Help us dream big by expanding Double Dutch across our parks and
