Multi-Use Room A

High intensity combination of strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. Engage in the class to get your heart pumping, sweat, and challenge your muscles. We vary from jump roping, to running to bear crawling. For instance, at Rise & Grind you will focus on functional movements that use your body weight or dumbbells. You will alternate between abs, cardio and floor exercises. Each class is totally different based on your willing stay strong to keep your muscles guessing!

TriBurn workouts include bodyweight and weight-training exercises that build strength in the triceps muscles, the muscles along the backs of your arms. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, triceps workouts are great for a variety of fitness levels and workout routines.

This class gets you squatting, lunging and jumping for joy! This trademark Pound class is an exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio conditioning and strength training moves into one. Participants will be sitting & standing throughout the class working their core, cardiovascular fitness and toning their physique to the beat of the drumsticks. This is designed or all fitness levels and we provide the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, toning and having fun.

Medicine balls can provide many benefits, including ball exercises can help build strength in your upper and lower body, as well as explosive power. Movements like medicine ball slams, overhead throws, squats, lunges and rotational twists. can challenge your muscles and improve your athleticism. We will use the medicine ball on the floor mat too to work some abs. A strong core is important for many everyday activities and sports, this class will include all of the above and some running!

This fun class is filled with movement in and out of the chair! We incorporate resistance training throughout the class both when seated and standing while listening to your favorite oldies but goodies music. The class flow is designed to keep your body and joints moving in a whole new way. You can even practice some of the chair lunges in your own living room to keep your energy and fitness level up! All participants will be walking on the track two times during the class to give your chair a rest from all your Russian twists, arm curls, leg scissors and chair running!

learn and practice the fundamentals of flag football and advance their flag football skills through a series of drills. This specific clinic is for youth ages 11 to 12.

Hustle for the muscle! This weighted workout steel bar is covered with easy grip rubber and will be showcased in a variety of exercises throughout this class. The bar helps build body mass and muscle definition and is an excellent tool for sculpting and strengthening the core, upper and lower body. Participants will be sitting & standing throughout the class, running and crushing there fitness goals by the 60th minute.
