Sorrentino Afterschool ProgramMulti-Use Room - 2nd Fl The NYC Parks Afterschool Program provides children ages 6 to 13 with academic support and physical activity in a safe, structured environment. This free program takes place on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a critical time to engage school-aged children in structured activities and expose them to new interests. Instructor: Lisa Vallejo Ages: Child Registration not required.

Burn it upFitness Room A Burn off calories and build up strength through circuit training. This 12-week course for teens is great for beginners struggling with weight loss and conditioning. We aim to promote a healthy lifestyle through circuit strength training, consistency, and cardio exercises. This program encourages group participation; however, we will provide one on one for comfort and confidence. Instructor: Trevor Trim Ages: Everyone Registration is closed. |
